Recipe - Nectarine-Peach Crisp

1 cup Flour
1/3 cup Granulated sugar
4 tablespoon Butter
One half cup Walnuts, fruit mixture
2 pound Ripe peaches
2 pound Ripe nectarines
1 One half tablespoon Flour
1 tablespoon Sugar
TOPPING: Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut butter into small oieces; mix
into flour by rubbing into flour mixture with fingertips. Add nuts. Preheat
oven to 375~.
FRUIT MIXTURE: Cut fruit in half, peel and cut into slices. Mix with flour
and sugar. Spread peaches in a 2quart baking dish. Sprinkle topping over
fruit and bake until fruit is bubbly. Tampa Tribune, 8/93
