Recipe - Navy Bean Mushroom Saute

Ingredients:

3 ounce Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
3 ounce Onions; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Safflower oil
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Garlic; minced
One half teaspoon Fresh parsley; chopped
3 ounce Navy beans; cooked
3 ounce Amaranth; cooked

Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are
translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and
amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
