Recipe - Navrathna Kurma

100 g Paneer (or cottage cheese)
2 cup Mixed boiled vegetables
3 Tomatoes
2 Onions
1 teaspoon Ginger and garlic paste
1 One half teaspoon Chilli powder
One half teaspoon Turmeric powder
2 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala
1 cup Milk
3 teaspoon Fresh cream
3 teaspoon Ghee
To taste salt
Ghee for deep frying
1. Grate the onions 2. Put the tomatoes in hot water . After 10 minutes
take off the skin and chop 3. Cut the paneer into small pieces and deep fry
in ghee. 4. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the onions for a few minutes 5.
Add the ginger and garlic paste and fry for One half minute. 6. Add the chopped
tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder, Garam Masala
and salt. Fry for atleast 3 to 4 minutes. 7. Add the boiled vegetables,
milk, cream and fried paneer pieces 8. Cook for a few minutes
* Serve hot decorated with silver foil.
