Recipe - Naturally Cheesy Layered Lettuce Bowl (Corrected)

1 cup Shredded County LineŽ Sharp
Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Plain yogurt or sour cream
1 lg Head iceberg lettuce
1 One half cup Shredded County LineŽ Old
World Swiss Cheese
Three fourths cup Fresh spinach; torn into
bitesize pieces
Three fourths cup Cooked brown or white rice;
chilled
1 cn (11 ounces) Mandarin orange
segments
Three fourths cup Chopped pecans
Dollop of plain yogurt or
sour cream for garnish
Stir together Cheddar cheese and 1 cup yogurt; set aside. Remove inside
portion of lettuce head. Spread One half cup of Cheddar cheese mixture inside
shell. Layer with Three fourths cup Swiss cheese, spinach, rice, 2 cup cheese
mixture, orange segments, Three fourths cup Swiss cheese, remaining cheese mixture,
and pecans. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve. Cut into wedges.
Carnish with dollop of yogurt or sour cream.
