Recipe - Narsais Asparagus Sauce

4 Green onions; minced
1 Lemon; zest and juice
1/3 cup Extra virgin olive oil
2 Oranges
One half Jalapeno chile pepper;
minced
6 Sprigs basil or mint;
chopped
1 pound Asparagus; steamed
CITRUS: 1 lemon: grate the peel, zest only; squeeze for juice. 2 oranges:
grated zest; peel and finely dice the sections.
Mix all ingredients together and use over a bunch of asparagus to feed 4 to
6.
