Recipe - Nappa Cabbage Salad

Ingredients:

Three fourths cup Almonds; cut or sliced up
2 pack Ichiban Noodles (beef
flavour); broken up
6 tablespoon Margarine
1 cup Oil
One half cup White sugar
One half cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
One half teaspoon Salt (I omit this; but the
choice is yours)
2 Beef flavour packets from
the noodles
1 Head suey choy or nappa
cabbage
1 bn Green onions

Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute the almonds and
broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cool. Combine the next 6
ingredients and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
