Recipe - Napa Salad

1 Head Napa cabbage; chopped
4 Green onions; chopped (up to
5)
2 pack Raman noodles; crushed (I
use rolling pin)
4 ounce Sliced almonds; (I use
cut or sliced up )
One half Jar Sesame seeds
One half cup Margarine
DRESSING
One half cup Salad oil
2 teaspoon Soy sauce
One half cup Sugar
One half cup Rice wine vinegar
Mix the dressing ingredients
until wellblended.
Chop the Napa cabbage and toss with green onions.
Saute the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in the margarine until lightly
browned. Set aside.
Dressing: Mix dressing ingredients together.
Then, toss all ingredients together. Serve immediately Makes 810 servings.
