1 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
2 One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
2/3 cup Milk
1 Egg
3 tablespoon Melted butter
2 cup Cranberries
SAUCE
One half cup Butter
Three fourths cup Cream
1 cup Sugar
Brandy; to taste

Sift flour with baking powder. Mix with sugar. Stir in milk, egg and
butter, then cranberries. Fill 12 greased muffin cups and bake for 2025
minutes at 350ø. Serve hot, or reheated with old fashioned pudding sauce.
Pudding Sauce: Heat butter, cream and sugar in double boiler or microwave
and add brandy to taste.
