Recipe - Nancys Tuna Salad

1 cn (6 oz.) waterpacked tuna;
drained and flaked
2 tablespoon Diced celery
2 tablespoon Chopped red bell pepper or
pimiento
2 tablespoon Chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoon Chopped onion
1 Hard cooked egg; chopped
2 tablespoon Chopped dill pickle
One fourth cup Russian dressing
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
Salt & ground black pepper
to taste
Lettuce leaves; washed and
dried
Chopped peanuts; (optional)

Combine tuna, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, egg,
pickle, Russian dressing, mayonnaise, salt and pepper; stir well. Serve on
lettuce leaves and sprinkle chopped peanuts over the top, if desired.
NOTE: Can be made in larger quantities to take to church socials, etc.
