Recipe - Nancys Chocolate Chip Cookies

Categories: Cookies, Nancys Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:

4 One half cup Flour
2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Salt
Three fourths cup Sugar
2 One fourth cup Dark brown sugar (packed)
4 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla
2 cup Butter, slightly softened (1
Pound)
1 cup Chopped walnuts
1 cup Chopped pecans
2 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
(12 oz.)

Preheat oven to 350F Combine flour, soda and salt. Set aisde. In a
large bowl, cream sugars and butter very well. Add eggs and vanilla.
Beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in
chocolate chips. Stir in the 2 cups of nuts. Mix well.

Drop by rounded teaspoonsfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake
for 710 minutes. Cookies should look slightly UNDERDONE when you
take them out. Let them rest a minute before removing them from the
sheet onto a rack to cool. Note: you may want to add a bit of flour
for the 2nd batch if the first batch you baked is a bit too thin or
if they seem greasy. (This depends on the weather and the flour you
use too.) Enjoy!
