Recipe - Nancy Stephenss Easy Chicken Pot Pie

4 Pc chicken, stew until
tender
1 cn Mushroom soup, undiluted
1 cn Celery soup, undiluted
One half cup Reserved broth
1 Box frozen mixed vegetables,
defrosted
4 Fresh mushrooms, cut or sliced up
1 One half cup Bisquick baking mix
1 One fourth cup Skim milk
Remove meat from bones, reserving broth. To the meat add the next five
ingredients. Pour into a casserole dish that has been sprayed with
vegetable spray. Dot with margarine. Mix together bisquick and milk until
smooth. Pour the bisquick mix (it will be thin) over the casserole. Bake,
uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 3540 minutes, or until
casserole is bubbly and top is done.
