Recipe - Nancy Clarks Milanese Dressing

One fourth cup Olive oil
2 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil; or 1
tsp dried
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Cayenne
Mix all ingredients and chill. Serve over Mesclun mix.
Betsy's Notes: I added One fourth tsp of sugar and a few sprinkles of garlic
powder.
