Recipe - Nanas Apple Cake

4 cup All purpose flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 One half teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoon Allspice
2 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 teaspoon Ground cloves
4 Eggs (3 if very large)
2 cup Sugar
1 One half cup Vegetable oil
1 cup Chopped pecans (optional)
8 cup Finely chopped apples (I use
granny smith or roma
apples)
3 tablespoon Vanilla

This recipe was given to me by my husbands grandmother and it is so good!!
Sift together all the dry ingredients. In seperate bowl blend the eggs,
sugar, vanilla and oil. Add the sifted dry ingredients to the egg mixture.
The batter will be very stiff. Stir in the nuts and apples. Pour into a
greased and lightly floured loaf pan and bake for 1One half hours in a 325
degree oven. Let the cake cool before removing it from the pan. Cover cake
to keep moist.
