1 Kaffir lime; use only the
zest; grated
1 Blade lemon grass; chopped
2 Cloves garlic; chopped
3 Shallots; chopped
1 Piece (1inch) galangal;
chopped
1 Piece (1inch) ginger root;
chopped
Salt; to taste
