Recipe - My Sour Cream Cheesecake

14 ounce Sweetened condensed MILK
1 Three fourths cup Shortbread cookie crumbs
(about 24 cookies)
2 tablespoon Margarine or butter; melted
24 ounce Cream cheese; softened
4 Eggs
8 ounce Sour cream
2 tablespoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine the crumbs and margarine; press firmly
on bottom of 9inch springform pan. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until
fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Beat in
eggs then sour cream and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50 to 55
minutes or until lightly browned around the edge (center should be slightly
soft). Cool.... Chill. Garnish if desired. Always Refrigerate leftovers.
