Recipe - My Pressure Cooker Pot Roast

Pot Roast
One half cup Onion, chopped
3 tablespoon Oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Tomato juice
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Salt
One half cup Celery
1 cup Water
One half teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
brown meat in oil. Add onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper and garlic
powder. Stir and pressure cook for 15 minutes per pound. Add One half tsp salt,
worcestershire saue and water. Pressure cook 15 minutes. Thicken sauce and
serve.
