Recipe - My Favorite Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:
My Favorite Sweet Potatoes recipe makes 12 Servings
3 cup Sweet potatoes; cooked and
mashed
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs; beaten
1 tablespoon Vanilla
One half cup Butter
TOPPING
1 cup Brown sugar
1/3 cup Flour
1/3 cup Butter
1 cup Chopped nuts
Mix first 5 ingredients with a fork and pour into buttered casserole dish.
You can use spray for the dish. Sprinkle with topping and bake
30 minutes at 350°.
Topping:Mix and sprinkle over top of potatoes.
