Recipe - My Favorite Cheese Ball

8 ounce Cream cheese; at room
temperature
8 ounce Extra sharp cheddar; grated
8 ounce Colby cheese; grated
1 cn (12oz) crushed pineapple;
drained
6 Green onions; to taste (up
to 12)
Ground walnuts
Mix all ingredients except walnuts. Using hands, make into balls or logs.
Roll in ground walnuts. Chill overnight, if possible.
Options: add other ingredients that come to mind, such as hot peppers,
lemon or lime zest, capers, herbs, etc.
