Recipe - My Easy Lasagna

1 pound Lean ground beef
One half cup Parmesan cheese
1 Jar spaghetti sauce 32 oz.
2 Eggs
1 One half cup Water
One fourth cup Parsley; chopped
15 ounce Ricotta cheese
1 teaspoon Salt
3 cup Mozzarella cheese; shredded
One half teaspoon Pepper
8 ounce Lasagna noodles; uncooked
Brown beef in 3 quart saucepan, drain fat. Add sauce and water, simmer
about 10 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles, for
filling. Pour 1 cup of sauce on bottom of 9 X 13 inch pan. Layer 3 lasagna
noodles over sauce. Cover with about 1 One half cups sauce. Spread One half of cheese
filling over sauce. Repeat layers of noodles, sauce, and cheese filling.
Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce. Cover with foil and bake at
350 for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove foil, bake 10 minutes longer, allow to
stand 15 minutes before cutting for easier handling.
