1 pound Ground Beef
2 tablespoon Onion; minced
3 tablespoon Garlic; minced
2 cup Tomato sauce
One half tablespoon Cumin;ground
One half tablespoon Chili powder
1 Bay leaf
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 tablespoon Cocoa powder; unsweetened
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
One half tablespoon Oregano;dried
1 teaspoon Vinegar; white
1 cn Kidney beans; 19 oz;drained
Cooked spaghetti;or other
pasta
Onions;yellow, minced
Butter
Cheddar;grated
Brown ground meat, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add spices, tomato sauce,
cocoa powder and vinegar. Simmer on low heat, 1 to One half hours, stirring
occasionally. Cook spaghetti, drain and toss with 1 Tbsp butter. Fry onions
in butter. Reheat drained beans in water and drain.
