Recipe - My Beef Jerky-Sharon Stevens

Ingredients:

MARINADE
One half cup Soya sauce
One fourth cup Worchestershire sauce
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Brown sugar
One half teaspoon Black pepper
One fourth teaspoon Red pepper flakes
One half teaspoon Salt
4 ds Hot pepper sauce I used
'Cajun Sunshine' pepper
sauce; (up To 5)
Water to cover
2 pound Lean beef; (I used a steak I
had in the freezer). (up to
4)

While meat is still partially frozen, slice in thin slices. Mix all
ingredients of marinade together and put in large stainless steel bowl. Add
all the cut or sliced up meat, and enough water to cover. Mix well. Let marinate
overnight. Drain and rinse meat off. Lay strips on dehydrator and dry
