Recipe - Mustardwine Marinated Lamb Chops

4 Sirloin lamb chops 1" thick
3 tablespoon Stone ground mustard
1 cup Red wine
1 teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Rub both sides of chops with mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover with wine and marinate overnight in refrigerator. Rub again with
mustard just before broiling or panfrying to desired doneness.
