Recipe - Mustard And Wine Potatoes

3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup Dry white wine
2 tablespoon Minced green onions
2 teaspoon Minced garlic
2 tablespoon Minced onion
2 teaspoon Paprika
1 One half cup Cubed red potatoes; skins on
1 One half cup Cubed russet potatoes; skins
on
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients except the
potatoes in a large bowl. Add the potatoes and toss so the potatoes are
well coated.
Place into a casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until the potatoes are
soft and slightly crisp on the outside, about 45 minutes.
