Recipe - Mustard Steak

3 pound Tenderloin filet or
Sirloin steak
6 tablespoon Soft butter
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 Lemon; juice of
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
Broil steak to rare, remove to heated platter. Spread on half of the
butter, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon dry mustard. With fork & large spoon,
pierce meat & work butter & mustard into meat. Squeeze half a lemon over
meat, then One fourth cup Worcestershire. Turn meat & repeat process. Slice in
desired thickness, cover with sauce.
