Recipe - Mustard Mayo-Glazed Tomato Slices

2 lg Tomatoes
2 tablespoon Freshly grated Parmesan
cheese
2 tablespoon Light mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Chopped green onion
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Dried oregano
One fourth teaspoon Each salt and pepper
Core and cut each tomato into 3 thick slices; arrange in shallow greased
baking dish.
Stir together Parmesan, mayonnaise, parsley, onion, mustard, oregano, salt
and pepper; spread over tomatoes. Bake in 400øF oven for about 12 minutes
