Recipe - Mustard Dressing

Ingredients:
Mustard Dressing recipe makes 4 Servings
2 Hardcooked eggs
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Mr. Mustard; (hot is best)
2 Cloves garlic; minced
5 tablespoon Heavy cream or sour cream
One fourth cup Wine vinegar
One half cup Olive oil
Put into a blender or processor in the order listed. Serve on salads that
go well with lamb dishes.
