Recipe - Mustard Dip
Categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Mustard Dip
Three fourths cup Plain nonfat yogurt
One fourth cup Prepared mustard, spicy or
dijon
1 teaspoon Dried dill weed
One half teaspoon Onion powder
One half teaspoon Honey
Mix ingredients thoroughly in a small bowl. Serve on vegetables or fish.
Store any remaining sauce in a covered container in the refrigerator.
Yield: 1 cup
I mixed my mustards in this recipe. I used about One half and One half plain
sandwich mustard and dijon mustard and it still had quite a bite to it.
It's a very flavorful sauce that is very good with fish!!
