Recipe - Mustard Based Central South Carolina Bbq Sauce

2 cup Prepared mustard
1 cup Mayonnaise
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Plus 2 tablespoons catsup
One fourth cup Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Browningandseasoning sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Seasoned salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Liquid smoke
Combine all ingredients in a small Dutch oven, stirring well; bring to a
boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes; stir occasionally.
Use barbecue sauce for basting, or serve with chicken, Jamb, pork, or ribs.
