Recipe - Mustard-Orange Pork Chops With Stir Fried Onions

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Orange marmalade
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 One fourth pound Pork chops; One half inch thick
3 cup Bias cut or sliced up green onions

Preheat broiler. In small saucepan, mix marmalade* and mustard. Cook,
stirring, about 2 minutes or until melted.

Trim chops. Place on unheated broiler pan annd broil 4 inches from heat for
about 6 minutes. Turn chops and broil for about 2 minutes,

Spoon half of glaze over chops. Broil 45 minutes more or unitl chops are
no longer pink.

Stirfry onions 23 minutes or until crisptender, Stir in remaining glaze
and heat through. Serve over chops.

* I have used orange and apricot for this, both work very well.
