One fourth cup Balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoon Honey
2 teaspoon Dijon
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 cl Garlic, minced
Three fourths cup Vegetable oil

Whisk together vinegar, honey, mustard, salt, pepper, Tabasco and garlic.
Whisk in oil. (Can be made 1 day ahead of use.)
