Recipe - Mustard-Dill Bread

1 pound:; 1 One half pound:
2/3 cup Water; 1 cup
2 teaspoon Dijonstyle mustard; 1
Tab.
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine; 1T
Three fourths teaspoon Salt; 1 tsp.
1 One half cup Bread flour; 2 One fourth cups
One half cup Whole wheat flour; Three fourths cup
2 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder; 3 T
2 teaspoon Packed brown sugar; 1 Tab.
Three fourths teaspoon Dried dill weed; 1 tsp.
1 One half teaspoon Yeast; 2 tsp.
for bread machine
Add ingredients to bread machine pan in the order suggested by
manufacturer, adding mustard with water.
Recommended cycle: Basic/ white bread cycle; medium/ normal color setting.
Timedbake feature can be used.
