Recipe - Mushrooms In Sauce

One half cup Chopped mushrooms
4 tablespoon Butter
1 One half cup Hot beef broth
One half cup Chopped onions
One half cup Sweet wine; (sangria)
2 teaspoon Flour
To taste salt
To taste pepper
To taste paprika
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter.
Add broth and wine and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes.
Mix flour with some of the above to remove lumps. Add to sauce and season
to taste.
Simmer slowly for a while for flavors to meld.
