Recipe - Mushrooms In Pastry

10 Frozen patty shells
2 tablespoon Butter
1 pound Fresh mushrooms; cut or sliced up
1 One half cup Sour cream
Three fourths cup Grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoon Dry sherry
1 ds Garlic powder
Fresh parsley
Bake patty shells according to package directions. Melt butter in a large
skillet. Add mushrooms and saut‚. Drain. Stir in sour cream, cheese, sherry
and garlic powder and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Spoon
into patty shells. Garnish with parsley. Serve immediately. Yield: 10
servings.
