Recipe - Mushrooms And Sour Cream

1 pound Mushrooms
8 ounce Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour (or a little more;
depending on consistency)
One half cup Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley

Slice & cook mushrooms, 510 minutes. Stir in sour cream, flour, cheese,
and salt to taste. Stir together & cook 5 minutes (boil). Stir in chopped
parsley. Bake One half hr to 45 minutes at 325 degrees. I use this with fish or
beef.
