Recipe - Mushroom Tomato Sauce

One fourth cup Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Handful fresh parsley,
finely chopped
1 teaspoon Marjoram
1 pound Sliced mushrooms
2 cup Canned plum tomatoes
Salt & pepper
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan & cook the garlic, parsley & marjoram
for 1 minute. Add cut or sliced up mushrooms & cook over moderate heat for 5
minutes. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper. Cook over high heat for 8 to 10
minutes or until the sauce starts to thicken.
Serve over 1 pound cooked pasta of your choice.
