Recipe - Mushroom Tarts

Three fourths cup Chopped onion
2 cn Sliced mushrooms
2 Eggs; beaten
Three fourths cup Sour cream
2 dr Tabasco sauce; or more to
taste
1 ds Pepper
24 small Pastry shells
Saute onion for about 3 mins. Add mushrooms and saute 2 mins. Spoon into
uncooked pastry shells. Combine remaining ingredients and spoon over
mushroom mixture in shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 mins. and then
reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake for 10 mins. more.
