Recipe - Mushroom Starter Salads

1 tablespoon Mustard powder
3 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 One half tablespoon Wine vinegar
1 One half tablespoon Parsley, chopped finely
1 One half tablespoon Chives, chopped
1 teaspoon Castor sugar
12 ounce Mushrooms, thinly cut or sliced up
Whisk together mustard, oil, vinegar, parsley, chives & sugar. Add
mushrooms & toss. Cover & refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Spoon into
dishes & serve.
