Recipe - Mushroom Saute

1 One half pound Mushrooms
One half cup Garlic olive oil
One half cup Dry white wine
One fourth pound Butter
1 bn Parsley; chopped
Slice 1 One half pounds of mushrooms One fourth inch thick. Saute in a heavy frying pan
with One fourth pound butter, One half cup garlic olive oil, and 1 bunch of chopped
parsley. When half cooked, add One half cup of dry white wine, cover and cook
until tender.
