Recipe - Mushroom Quicke Squares

3 One fourth ounce Cremini mushrooms; chop,
saute, drain
3 One fourth ounce Haeluva Good
CheddarMonterey Jack;
shredded
One fourth Dozen eggs
Three fourths cup Milk
2 3/8 tablespoon Flour
One fourth Stick butter; melted
1 5/8 Pinches garlic; minced
Salt and pepper

Blend all ingredients except butter until smooth. Pour enough of the butter
into a large baking pan to heavily coatadd remaing to batter. Pour
batter into pans.

Bake at 350øF until puffy, 24 to 45 minutes.
