Ingredients:

10 ounce Potato; baked, split and
fluffed
1 One half ounce Mushrooms; cut or sliced up , sauteed
1 One half ounce ChefMate Sharp Cheddar
Cheese Sauce; heated
One half teaspoon Parsley; chopped

1. In split, fluffed, baked potato, place mushrooms. 2. Ladle Sharp
Cheddar Cheese Sauce over potato. 3. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Makes 1 stuffed potato.
