Recipe - Mushroom Logs

One half pound Fresh Mushrooms; cleaned and
chopped finely
One half small Onion; chopped finely
4 tablespoon Butter
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
One half teaspoon Curry powder
12 Sliced white; sandwich style
cut or sliced up bread, (up to 14)
Melted butter
Saute chopped mushrooms and onions in 4 T butter, lemon juice and curry
powder til done. Do not drain. Cut crusts from bread and roll each slice
wiht rolling pin to flatten completely very flat. Spread one side with
melted butter, spoon a samll amount of mushroom mix on bread and roll up.
Secure with toothpick. Brush outside of roll with melted butter and
refrigerate. Just before serving, bake 1015 minutes at 425 until just
golden brown.
