Recipe - Mushroom Flan

1 Whole wheat pastry pie
shell; unbaked
1 One half cup Mushrooms; sauted
2 Eggs
2/3 cup Yogurt
1 teaspoon Onion; grated
VegeSal
Pepper to taste
Cook the pie shell in a 400 degree oven for 10 minutes. Turn heat down to
325 degrees. Spread mushrooms in the pie shell. Beat together the eggs,
yogurt, onion, One half teaspoon vegesal and pepper. Sprinkle the mushrooms
with a little vegesal and pour the egg mixture over them. Bake at 325
degrees for about 40 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool. Chill.
