Recipe - Mushroom Brunch Rice

14 One half fl LowSodium Chicken Broth
1 cup AM White Indian Basmati Rice
1 Bay leaf
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
Sea salt to taste (optional)
Bring broth to a boil. Add other ingredients. Reduce heat and cover.
Simmer for 2025 minutes. Remove bay leaf and serve.
