Recipe - Multigrain Pancake Mix

One half cup Regular oats
2 cup Allpurpose flour
One half cup Wholewheat flour
One half cup Cornmeal
One fourth cup Unprocessed wheat bran
One fourth cup Toasted wheat germ
One fourth cup Sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Baking soda
Place oats in food processor, and process until smooth. Add remaining
ingredients; process until smooth. Yield: 4 cups.
Per serving: 77 Calories; 1g Fat (6% calories from fat); 2g Protein; 16g
Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 200mg Sodium
