2 teaspoon Dry Yeast
3 tablespoon Cracked Wheat; (use Wheatena
Cereal)
Three fourths cup Rye flour
2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
One half cup CornMeal
3 tablespoon Wheat Germ
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Bread Flour
4 tablespoon Molasses
3 tablespoon Olive Oil
3 tablespoon Oat Bran
One half cup Sourdough Starter
2 cup Warm Water
2 tablespoon Gluten
Yields 1 Loaf
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. Select "White Bread".
Press "Start".
