1 teaspoon Superfine sugar
One fourth cup ;Water
5 ounce Red wine
1 One half teaspoon Lemon juice
1 ds Orange bitters
1 pn Ground cinnamon
Combine sugar, water in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until sugar
dissolves. Remove from heat. Add wine, lemon juice, bitters, cinnamon;
stir. Pour drink into a warmed 8 oz. mug. Mull with a red hot poker.
