Recipe - Muffins Coffee Walnut Chocolate Chip

One half cup Unsalted butter
One half cup Brown sugar
One half cup White sugar
3 tablespoon Instant coffee
2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 Whole eggs
2/3 cup Milk
1 Three fourths cup Flour
One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Baking powder
Three fourths cup Semisweet chips
1 One half cup Walnuts, coarsely chopped
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour tin.
Dissolve the instant coffee in the vanilla extract.
Cream butter with the sugars, coffee and vanilla. Beat together the eggs
and milk.
Combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Alternately add the wet and dry ingredients to the butter mixture. Stir
just to combine. Add chips and walnuts.
Fill tins full.
Bake 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes, then remove from tins and cool on rack.
