1 lg Round loaf of Italian bread
Mayonnaise
4 sl Ham; (up to 5)
4 sl Salami; (up to 5)
4 sl Bologna; (up to 5)
4 sl Provolone cheese; (up to 5)
Antipasto Salad
Slice bread in half crosswise (to make a big bun). Cover bottom bun with
mayonnaise, then arrange ham to cover. Layer salami, bologna, and
provolone, then finish with a layer of Antipasto Salad and the top of the
bread.
Bake at 325 for 1015 minutes, or until the sandwich is hot all the way
through. Cut into four triangular pieces.
Serves 4 regular appetites. (or 2 hungry or 1 starving!)
