Recipe - Mrs Lawrences Yeast Biscuits

1 pack Dry Yeast
2 cup Warm Water
4 cup SelfRising Flour
1 Egg
One fourth cup Sugar
Three fourths cup Shortening
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in flour. Beat egg and sugar, add
shortening; cream. Add creamed mixture to flour mixture. Don't knead, spoon
into greased muffin tins. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 400degree oven.
Dough keeps one week.
