Recipe - Mrs Fields Chocolate Chippecan Cookies

2 cup Butter
5 cup Oatmeal
3 cup Chopped nuts
2 cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cup Brown sugar
2 teaspoon Baking powder
4 Eggs
2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Vanilla
24 ounce Chocolate chips
4 cup Flour
8 ounce Hersey bar; grated
Measure oatmeal, then put small amounts at a time in a blender, and blend
to a fine powder. Cream together butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together flour, blended oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda;
mix into creamed mixture. Add chocolate chips, grated chocolate and nuts;
mix. Make golf ballsize cookies, and place 2 inches apart on ungreased
cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 to 10 minutes. Cookies should be
soft in the middle when taken out of the oven.
